An Early Childhood Education Program for Young Children
The Learning Niche offers a home-based Pre-Kindergarten program for ages 4-5 years old.
The program provides young
children with a meaningful, engaging, and developmentally appropriate
curriculum that fosters children’s social, emotional, cognitive, linguistic and physical development. The Learning Niche implements curricular activities that promote
reading, writing, math, science, social studies and art in a 1:6 teacher-student learning environment. Children will have plenty of opportunities to explore and
develop their keen sense of wonder through interactive learning centers,
hands-on activities, thematic reading, singing, dancing and much more!
The Learning Niche Teacher
Mrs. Darlene Habecker has devoted her professional career to helping young children succeed in school. She has worked for the Temecula Valley Unified School District for over eight years and brings forth over a decade of experience working with young children. As a passionate and dedicated professional to the field of teaching, she has a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, B.A. Degree in Liberal Studies (elementary education), and an A.S. Degree in Early Childhood Education. She is a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), and the California Kindergarten Association. She is certified in CPR (Adult, Child, Infant), First Aid, and Health/Safety.
